Jeff Hastings (born January 18, 1966) is a published American author, business consultant, motivational speaker and Harvard University student. As the current President of Contract Coach Services, his team supports over 350 insurance agents all over the country. Using data analytics, statistical modeling and conditional logic, his company creates new and exciting profiles to bridge the gap between computers and human behavior. Using his own history of success and failures, he has authored three books which focus on redefining success and human values.

Heather Fife has been heavily involved in building businesses since 1998. By the time she had graduated from High-school, she was the COO of an international Investment firm. In 2009 she ventured into the world of Dermatology in Las Vegas and was able to grow the practice into the 2nd largest dermatology practice in Las Vegas before she left. She was able to establish a thriving practice where the turnover rate was low and patient satisfaction was high with 96% positive reviews. She was able to set the standard of care in the dermatology space and encourage other practices to raise their standards as well. In 2018 she left to pursue other challenges and support other businesses in growing their practice. Currently, she is attending Harvard to get her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
