Theodore-Edevu was born on November 9, 1988, in [[Delta State, Nigeria]], the fourth of seven children. His father, Joseph Okpisi Edevu, is a retired businessman who owned Edevson Commercial Limited, a company that distributes [[electronics]] and produces [[polyethylene]] bags. His mother, Susanna Edevu, is a poultry owner.
