Membership has soared to more than 500,000 Kentucky families, placing Kentucky in the top two to three state Farm Bureaus for the last decade.<br /> <br /> The organization&#039;s staying power has been the result of many factors, but the most important is the nature of Farm Bureau&#039;s leadership structure.
