Heather Fife has been heavily involved in building businesses since 1998. By the time she had graduated from High-school, she was the COO of an international Investment firm. In 2009 she ventured into the world of Dermatology in Las Vegas and was able to grow the practice into the 2nd largest dermatology practice in Las Vegas before she left. She was able to establish a thriving practice where the turnover rate was low and patient satisfaction was high with 96% positive reviews. She was able to set the standard of care in the dermatology space and encourage other practices to raise their standards as well. In 2018 she left to pursue other challenges and support other businesses in growing their practice. Currently, she is attending Harvard to get her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
